[Cixi, December 12, 2025] – In a firm commitment to its mission of delivering safe and reliable mobility solutions, Yutong-Everycare Medical Technology Company, a leading manufacturer of electric wheelchairs, recently conducted a comprehensive quality training session. The event brought together the entire Production and Technical departments, focusing on the core principle of "Detail is Everything" to further elevate product excellence.
The training, led by the Quality Control (QC) Department, served as a pivotal platform for in-depth analysis and collaborative problem-solving. QC personnel presented detailed findings from recent production cycles, highlighting specific instances where deviations from stringent quality standards occurred. These were not merely listed as faults but used as critical learning cases.
1. Raw materials defects

2. Welding defects

3. Semi-finished products defects

Moving beyond a one-way presentation, the session evolved into an interactive workshop. Teams from various production units – including assembly, welding, and finishing – actively engaged with the technical and QC teams. Together, they dissected each identified issue, fostering a transparent dialogue to:
• Identify Root Causes: Moving past symptoms to trace the origin of each quality gap, whether in material handling, process flow, or technical specifications.
• Discuss Cross-Departmental Impacts: Understanding how a flaw in one area affects subsequent stages and the final product.
• Formulate Corrective and Preventive Actions: Developing concrete, actionable steps to address immediate concerns and prevent recurrence.
The collaborative atmosphere underscored the company-wide understanding that quality is not the sole responsibility of the QC department but is built into every step by every individual.
The session concluded with a keynote address by the Company Head, Mr.Zheng. He summarized the discussions by formally reiterating the company’s "Three Not's" Principle" in quality management:
1. Not accept defective products whether from raw materials suppliers or passed down from the previous process step.
2. Not produce defective products you yourself. Make the products strictly according to SOP to forbid tiny errors.
3. Not pass down the defective products from you. Before passing down the products made by you, inspect them seriously and in line with the inspection methods taught by QC department.
"Our users rely on our wheelchairs not just for mobility, but for independence, safety, and dignity. There is no room for error when people's well-being is at stake]," stated Mr. Zheng. "The 'Detail is Everything' philosophy is our promise to them. Superior quality isn't just a business goal; it's the foundation of trust and the very reason for our existence as a medical technology company."
This training reaffirms Yutong Medical Technology Company's unwavering dedication to manufacturing electric wheelchairs that meet the highest international standards of safety, durability, and performance. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collective responsibility for quality, the company ensures that every product delivered provides the reliability and peace of mind our global community deserves.
